  • Decision-making
  • Resilience
  • Interpersonal relationships
  • Employee engagement
  • Job satisfaction
  • Wellbeing

And reduced stress and risk of burnout

Catherine offers a structured series of 6 X weekly 90 minute Workplace MT (Workplace Mindfulness Training) that is an evidence-based programme designed for workers in a training-type environment.

These weekly sessions are held in the workplace and can be adapted to suit the needs of the organisation and the participants. The sessions require ‘at home’ practice and are based on the best-selling book, ‘Mindfulness – a practical guide to finding peace in a frantic world’ by Mark Williams and Danny Penman

Taster sessions are also offered to enable the organisation to decide if the mindfulness approach is right for them.
